Fran McGreevy has 42 years of experience as an educator - 30 years in high schools as a teacher (social studies & religion), Assistant Principal & coach - 12 years as a middle school principal.  Fran worked his first 23 years in private schools and the last 19 years in public schools - all in the Western New York Area. After all of these years Fran is hungry to understand learning & the conditions under which it is most likely to occur and how we can create those conditions.

Fran McGreevy is the husband of an amazing women Anne (she just published her first children's book) and the father of 4 children of whom he is so proud.  They have provided him and Anne with 10 wonderful grandchildren.  Finally, Fran is the president of a new corporation, "Root-Ed  Leadership & Learning" who hosted our first conference this past July in Buffalo.

Lily has been in education for over 25 years. She has taught students ages 0-adult and has been a student of leadership for over 16 years. She has servedas a CEO of an early intervention agency, a director of a charter school, and a program director for a Pre-K school. She currently teaches and supervises Student-Teachers at Hofstra University, where she completed her Advanced Certification in Educational Leadership. 
Lily is a certified John Maxwell Team (JMT) Leadership Coach, Teacher & Speaker.  She is the creator and host of Master Leadership, a podcasts that takes listeners on a journey towards greater significance.

Maureen Blaha is the executive director of the National Runaway Safeline (NRS), an organization with the mission to keep America’s runaway, homeless and at-risk youth safe and off the streets.
 
According to NRS’ most recent Crisis Connection Trend Report that high-lights emerging trends on youth in crisis, the number of online chats doubled and the crisis connections increased by 20 percent from 2014 to 2015. Maureen Blaha, NRS’ executive director, talks about what this increase in crisis connections means and dive into the trends revealed, such as the reasons youth run away, how long they’re on the streets, where they go, what their means of survival are, and so much more.
