Nathaniel Bozarth calls himself a storyteller and curious individual. Trained in the techniques of anthropology, Nathaniel strives to see the small (the minute details that are often overlooked), to see the big (the overarching systems that inform how we live) and to see the seeing (the biases and assumptions that interpret how we see). Nathaniel has produced two web documentaries that are available online for free: Your Fellow Americans and Re:Dream [pronounced Re-Dream]. Both series look at how issues of race and identity affect opportunity in America through the eyes of diverse individuals. Nathaniel now hosts and produces Wide Ruled, a podcast on the past and present of equality in education.

Adam started Abl to help all schools move beyond the 20th century model of education. Two and a half decades after dropping out of high school, he returned to the field of education to rethink the structure of school as we know it. His career has been focused on helping organizations become more agile and responsive, and now he brings this expertise to schools. Prior to Abl, Adam co-founded Yammer in 2008, ultimately creating one of the fastest growing SaaS companies of all time. He oversaw product, analytics, and engineering, scaling the company to 500 employees until Yammer sold to Microsoft in 2012 for $1.2 Billion. To clear his head, Adam also enjoys long bike rides, backpacking, and rock climbing.

Ben Baker has always been passionate about story telling. Whether it was in sales in his early career or over the last 20 years as a marketer, Ben’s goal has always been to tell a story that is relevant, valuable and engages his audience.

It is about letting people understand the values and vision of the companies that I work with.   If people, whether they be staff, customers or potential customers do not understand who you are, what you do and why you do it. . . why should they care?    My job is to create the conversation that allows them to care.
